How do I disconnect the app from the leak detector?
To disconnect the app from the leak detector open the settings and click on the Disconnect from leak detector button. The app will then disconnect from the leak detector and return to the search view.
Can I connect multiple leak detectors at once?
No, you can only connect to one leak detector at a time.
Is the ASM Pocket App compatible with all smartphones?
The ASM Pocket App is compatible with all smartphones that run on Android 5.0 or higher and iOS 11 or higher.
Is the ASM Pocket App available in multiple languages?
Currently, the ASM Pocket App is only available in English.
What is the simulator/simulation?
How do I turn off the sound/vibration?
Sound and vibration can be turned on and off through the settings in the dashboard under the notifications section.
What is the Request Delay?
The Request Delay allows you to set the interval at which the ASM Pocket App communicates with the leak detector and updates the data. A shorter interval provides more precise live data, while a longer interval enables faster response to input commands, such as starting a measurement.
